Add and Delete Entries

Exempt (salaried) employees will only record exception time, which includes planned PTO, unplanned PTO, jury duty, etc.

Add a Pay Code

From My Timecard, follow the below steps:

  1. Select Add New.
  2. At the Project panel, select the paycode from the Paycode drop-down list.
  3. On the Project panel, select Apply.
  4. Add the Amount to the corresponding day.
  5. Select Save.

Delete a Pay Code

From My Timecard, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the corresponding timecard date.
  2. Double-click in the cell that has the pay code ‘Amount’ click backspace on your keyboard.
  3. Click Save.
