Missing Direct Reports
Issue statement
Some managers are unable to see their direct reports in Global Time System (GTS).
Root Cause
This is a browser caching issue.
Resolution
- Close out of the Global Time System (GTS) browser and all other open browsers.
- Open a blank Chrome browser. Please do not launch Global Time System (GTS).
- Click the three dots
located on the upper-right side of your Google Chrome browser.
- Click More tools.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- From the Time range field, confirm or select All Time.
- Select the check box next to Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
- Close all Google Chrome windows and relaunch Global Time System (GTS).
