Missing Direct Reports

Issue statement

Some managers are unable to see their direct reports in Global Time System (GTS). 

Root Cause

This is a browser caching issue. 

 

Resolution

  1. Close out of the Global Time System (GTS) browser and all other open browsers.
  2. Open a blank Chrome browser. Please do not launch Global Time System (GTS).
  3. Click the three dots located on the upper-right side of your Google Chrome browser.
  4. Click More tools.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.
  6. From the Time range field, confirm or select All Time.
  7.  Select the check box next to Cached images and files.
  8. Click Clear data.
  9. Close all Google Chrome windows and relaunch Global Time System (GTS).
