Complete Attendance Actions

This job aid outlines two methods for completing an attendance action in Dimensions after the action has been delivered to the employee.

To complete an attendance action from the Home Page:

  1. From the Manage Attendance tile on the Home Page, select the employee who requires attendance actions.
  2. Click Go.
  3. On the Details slider, complete the following:
    1. Enter or use the calendar icon  to select a Completed date.
    2. Enter any details in the Details field.
    3. Select Apply.

To complete an attendance action from the Attendance Details page:

  1. Access the Attendance Details page from the Main Menu > Time > Attendance or select Go to Attendance from the Manage Attendance tile.
  2. Select the arrow next to Action Required to open the group.
  3. Select the check box next to the name of the employee whose attendance action you wish to complete.
  4. Select the Attendance action and choose Complete Actions.
  5. On the Complete Action panel, complete the following:
    1. Use the calendar icon  to enter a Start Date and End Date of the action.
    2. Enter or use the calendar icon to select a Completed Date.
    3. Add notes about the action in the Details
    4. Select Apply.
