How to Install the Global Time System (GTS) Mobile Application

Part 1: Click here to register for the Microsoft Authenticator.

Part 2: From the Apple App Store:

1. In the App store, search for UKG Pro or use the QR code below:

2. Tap the UKG Pro app and tap Get.
3. Open the App in your Apple device to launch it.
4. Enter in the following tenant URL: https://unitedhealthgroup-sso.prd.mykronos.com and click Save.
5. You will be prompted to enter your work email address and MS password.

6. You will be prompted to enter the code from Microsoft Authenticator.

Part 2: From the Google Play Store:

1. In the Play Store, search for UKG Pro or use the QR code below:

2. Tap Install and then open to launch the UKG Pro app.
3. Enter in the following tenant URL: https://unitedhealthgroup-sso.prd.mykronos.com and click Save.
4. You will be prompted to enter in your work email address and MS password.

5. You will be prompted to enter the code from Microsoft Authenticator.

From the Sparq App:

1. Open the Sparq app.
   1. Click here to download the Sparq app.
   2. Click here for instructions on how to login to the Sparq app.
      1. To log into the Sparq app, enter your work email on Screen 1
      2. Enter your Microsoft ID on Screen 2. If you do not know your ID, visit https://upnportal.optum.com/.

       

2. After logging into the Sparq application > select the For Me icon located on the bottom right-hand side.
   
   
   

3. Select Global Time System (GTS).
   
   
   

4. After selecting Global Time System (GTS), you will be prompted to open this in the app store. Click Open.

5. After selecting Global Time System (GTS), an Access Global Time System (GTS) pop-up message will appear > select Copy.
   
   
6. If you haven’t downloaded the UKG Dimensions application, you will be redirected to the Play Store or Apple Store to download the application. Once the application is installed, select Open.
7. Double tap the white text box to paste the web address (that was copied in step 5) and select Save.
   
   
8. You will be prompted to enter in your Employee ID (nine-digit) number and MS password.

9. You are now logged into Global Time System (GTS).

Tips

How to Access Global Time System (GTS) after the Initial Install:

1. Click here to register for the Microsoflt Authenticator.
2. Go to your applications and select the UKG Pro mobile application. 

3. After selecting the application, enter your work email address and MS password.

Tip: Dependent upon your business, your email address may be [enter your MSID]@corpitsvcs.com

4. You will be prompted to enter the code from Microsoft Authenticator.

If you receive the following error: “email not recognized” when trying to log into the Sparq application, perform the following steps:

• If this is happening on Screen 1 of the Sparq log in:
  1. Search for your name on The Hub or have another employee with Sparq look you up on the Sparq directory.
  2. Take note of the email address that appears.
  3. Enter that email address on screen 1 of the Sparq log in.
     
     
• If the error is happening on Screen 2:
  1. Look up your Microsoft UPN ID here: https://upnportal.optum.com/.
     • If you need to update your ID, you will be prompted to do so.
     • If you are not able to access the portal, please call The Help Desk at 888-848-3375 and let them know you cannot access the UPN Portal to check your UPN ID.
  2. Enter the ID you are given on Screen 2 of the Sparq app
